    We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Livewell Behavioral Health Counseling Center provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals within our organization. The ideal candidate will be an experienced mental health professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality clinical care.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals, including licensed therapists, interns, and trainees, in accordance with state regulations and professional standards

    Ensure that all mental health professionals provide services that meet ethical and legal standards, as well as the organization's policies and procedures

    Oversee clinical operations and ensure that services are delivered in a timely and effective manner

    Provide direct clinical services to clients as needed

    Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to mental health professionals

    Ensure that all clinical documentation is complete, accurate, and timely

    Participate in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health

    Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for carrying a caseload of 20-30 clients per week

    Requirements:

    Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Clinical Counseling or Social Work.

    Current license to practice as a mental health professional in California. BBS license required.

    At a minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals

    Strong leadership and management skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Knowledge of evidence-based practices in the field of mental health

    Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements related to mental health services

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
